Mr. Rishi Rajbhandari, joined government service as a section-officer of Nepal Judicial Service of Government of Nepal in 2047 B.S. (1990). He assumed the responsibility of Secretary of Law as per the decision of Government of Nepal on Baisakh 17, 2076 where he was initially assigned at Truth and Reconciliation Commission on the very post.
He holds a master’s degree in International Environmental Law from the University of Hull, UK.
Over three decades of his career in Government Service, he performed various responsibilities in different ministries and governmental bodies.
Mr. Rajbhandari joined Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs as Secretary of Law on Jestha 29, 2077.
